Industrial music Collides with Recovery Like Glue
Industrial music has often been more archaic, yet that is changing. There is this cool synth-rock I came across by Matt Soren the other day that has a unique perspective on industrial music. His new album is a mix of industrial rock and the story of knocking out addiction.
There are some song previews at his URL at www.returnfrombroken.com. It sounds like they are provisional in lou of mastered mixes. They sound clean to me but that’s just my opinion. It is cool to find more rock like this written particularly for addiction help in a more kickin way from an addict that has already been through it and is making a difference for others in addiction. Also It’s nice to have this type of rock arising from the industrial genre which is usually more negative in nature. Very cool.
Oh yeah, he has free songs you can get from his website and more in his back extras page which is no charge. I also saw discount passes, wallpaper, and other things it looks like he’ll be adding. It will be nice to get the album once it is available.
